Labor & Employment Shareholder Alexi Leonard will participate in a workshop on October 18, as part of NYSBA’s Labor and Employment Law Section 2025 Meeting. The program will explore emerging trends that impact practitioners, arbitrators and advocates across the labor and employment spectrum.
Mr. Leonard’s workshop, “Training Repayment Agreement Provisions: An Impediment to Employee Mobility?” will discuss the current state of these rapidly evolving provisions, with an emphasis on the new landscape lawyers will be facing in the months and years ahead.
