Labor and Employment Shareholders Amy Bess and Michelle Olson are set to speak on panels at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) program, Workplace Accommodation and Leave Challenges 2025. Taking place on November 12 in New York, the event will provide a high-level overview of workplace accommodation and leave legal principles.

As co-chair of the program, Amy Bess will offer opening remarks, then be part of the session, “Foundational Principles for Addressing Leaves and Accommodations,” which will discuss the basic statutory foundations impacting leave and accommodation in today’s workplace. Then, Amy will lead the panel, “2025 Leave and Accommodation Legal Nuances and Updates” alongside Michelle. The panel will provide updates on recent leave and accommodation cases and regulatory actions and nuances.
