Brett D. Heinrich, a Shareholder in the Chicago office and member of the firm’s Environmental practice group, will present at the American Foundry Society's (AFS) Regional Conference on February 8 in Milwaukee.
Brett will present alongside Cris Proctor, co-owner of environmental consultancy firm Free Flow Technologies, in a session entitled, “Environmental Compliance and Enforcement – How to Best Prepare Your Company for 2024.” They will cover topics surrounding the current goals of the USEPA including climate change and environmental justice, compliance and civil/criminal enforcement which may impact foundries.
