Antitrust and Litigation Shareholder Brian McCalmon will join Dimitrios Christopoulos of Christopoulos Law Group to discuss how Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and its Robinson-Patman Act case against Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits affect price discounts and rebate programs as part of a two-part program for the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois Leadership Education Series on Wednesday, March 11.
During the session, Brian and Dimitri will focus on antitrust compliance, pricing practices and regulatory risk for distributors and suppliers when dealing with FTC regulations on price discounts and rebate programs.
