Government Investigations & White Collar Defense Shareholders Junaid Zubairi and Brooke Conner and Associate Paris Mayfield were published in two newsletters for the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). They were published in the February 2026 edition of The Corporate Lawyer, the newsletter of the ISBA’s Section on Corporate Law, and the February 2026 edition of Business & Securities Law Forum, the newsletter of the ISBA’s Section on Business & Securities Law.

They published the article, “Enhancements to the Wells Process in SEC Enforcement” in both newsletters. The article discusses SEC Chairman Paul S. Atkins’ focus on preserving and promoting transparency within the Wells process.
