Junaid Zubairi to Speak at PLI’s Internal Investigations 2026

Government Investigations & White Collar Defense group Chair Junaid Zubairi is set to speak at the PLI program, Internal Investigations 2026. Held in Chicago and virtually on June 3, the event will review the fundamentals of conducting an effective and efficient investigation.

Junaid will be part of the panel, “Commencing the Internal Investigation: Considerations at the Outset.” The panel will cover how to:

• Deal with whistleblower allegations
• Identify potential labor and employment issues during an investigation
• Craft an appropriate document preservation notice
• Manage the costs of an investigation
• Determine when an investigation is warranted, who should oversee and conduct it and the appropriate scope
