Kelly will moderate the panel “In the Spotlight: Trends and Developments in Bid Protests at the Court of Federal Claims” on Thursday, March 12. The panel will explore recent statutory and regulatory changes, along with trends and developments in case law and the bid protest process, which have contributed to the trending increase in Court of Federal Claims filings.
