Eidelman, Co-Chair of the firm’s Insolvency, Bankruptcy & Corporate Reorganization group, will be a featured panelist at the 2023 CRA Annual Conference at St. Louis Union Station on August 22, 2023. Mr. Eidelman will speak on the panel “Scandals & Stories That Make Receivers Infamous,” where he and his peers will discuss their cases over the years that have become national news. Mr. Eidelman will specifically be talking about his experience in the 1Malaysia case.
