In 2023, Vedder expanded into Miami, Florida, continuing the strategic growth of the firm into strong, growing markets that require the firm’s existing skill sets and help support our current client base.

Miami serves as a hub in many of the firm’s largest practice areas, including Finance, M&A/Private Equity, Global Transportation Finance and Capital Markets. The firm plans to expand its Miami presence with hires in the aforementioned practices, in addition to Government Investigations, Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment.
