• Advising a leading leasing company on the acquisition of a portfolio of 12 leased aircraft (involving aircraft operators based in Asia, South America and Europe).
• Providing guidance to a leading leasing company on the finance lease of 7 Airbus A321 aircraft and the operating lease of 6 Boeing MAX 8 aircraft to an operator based in Vietnam.
• Counseling a leading leasing company on the operating lease of 6 Airbus A320 aircraft to an operator based in India.
• Advising a leading leasing company on a series of large unsecured financings ranging in value from US$50 million to US$700 million.
