Charlie Wang is a member of the Labor and Employment group who advises employers on managing workplace risk and resolving disputes that affect business performance. He represents companies across industries in high-stakes employment matters, delivering clear strategies that protect operations and leadership decision-making.

Charlie investigates and defends claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour compliance, handling matters from initial assessment through trial in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. He also counsels employers on employee onboarding, workplace policies, background checks, wage and hour practices, employee leave and accommodations, separations, and workplace investigations, helping clients make confident decisions that align legal compliance with business goals.

Charlie maintains an active pro bono practice and serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
