Fraser Atkins

Fraser advises financial institutions, lessors, OEMs and airlines on complex aircraft transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

He has experience assisting clients with a variety of matters including aircraft and engine trades (including larger portfolio sales and acquisitions), PDP financings, operating and finance leases, lease restructurings and extensions, loan and lease financings (both secured and unsecured), ECA financings, insurance backed financings, sale and leasebacks and new aircraft deliveries. Fraser also represents a number of clients on cross-border corporate jet financings, leasing, sales and purchases.

Fraser is currently based in the London office, but previously worked in the Singapore office of Vedder between 2018 and 2021. He continues to support clients based in the Asia Pacific region, as well as in London, Europe and America.

Fraser has completed secondments with Standard Chartered Bank and, more recently Castlelake L.P., with his experience in-house affording him an insight into financiers and lessors commercial needs.
