Gabriela Demos

Gabriela Demos is an Associate in Vedder’s Global Transportation Finance team, focusing her practice on aviation, rail and maritime finance transactions.

Gabriela counsels a variety of clients including operating lessors, airlines, banks underwriters, private equity firms, and other investors engaged in debt, equity and lease financing transactions. She has represented clients in a variety of transaction structures involving commercial and business aircraft, railcars, vessels and other general equipment, including warehouse loan facilities, asset-backed securitizations, cross-border operating leases, portfolio acquisitions, mortgage financings and enhanced equipment trust certificate transactions. Gabriela brings practical insight to aviation and transportation finance matters, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with clients’ operational and investment goals.

While attending law school, Gabriela served as President of the Sports Law Society, Vice President of Law Students for Reproductive Justice, and was an active member of Street Law, reflecting her leadership and commitment to community engagement.
