Jaime Lynn Ke’alohilani Rosenberg is an Associate in the International Trade and Compliance group. She advises U.S. and global companies on international trade, compliance, and enforcement matters. She helps clients manage regulatory risk, maintain market access, and navigate complex cross-border issues with confidence and clarity.
Jaime works across sanctions, export controls (EAR and ITAR), CFIUS, customs, anti-bribery, and anti-money-laundering regulations. She identifies compliance gaps, designs practical programs, delivers training to strengthen internal controls, and manages regulatory filings, license requests, voluntary disclosures, and petitions before OFAC, BIS, CBP, and the Department of State.
Her practice also includes representing clients in federal and state courts, arbitration, and internal investigations involving the FCPA, money laundering, and civil enforcement actions. Jaime handles sensitive inquiries, including OIG matters, with a strategic, business-minded approach that mitigates exposure and protects operational priorities.
Jaime is actively involved with the American University Washington College of Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society (ADRHS). She has coached domestic and international arbitration, mediation, and negotiation competitions with ADRHS since 2019.
