Jaime Lynn Ke’alohilani Rosenberg is an Associate in the International Trade and Compliance group. She advises U.S. and global companies on international trade, compliance, and enforcement matters. She helps clients manage regulatory risk, maintain market access, and navigate complex cross-border issues with confidence and clarity. 

Jaime works across sanctions, export controls (EAR and ITAR), CFIUS, customs, anti-bribery, and anti-money-laundering regulations. She identifies compliance gaps, designs practical programs, delivers training to strengthen internal controls, and manages regulatory filings, license requests, voluntary disclosures, and petitions before OFAC, BIS, CBP, and the Department of State. 

Her practice also includes representing clients in federal and state courts, arbitration, and internal investigations involving the FCPA, money laundering, and civil enforcement actions. Jaime handles sensitive inquiries, including OIG matters, with a strategic, business-minded approach that mitigates exposure and protects operational priorities. 

Jaime is actively involved with the American University Washington College of Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society (ADRHS). She has coached domestic and international arbitration, mediation, and negotiation competitions with ADRHS since 2019. 

Experience

  • Represented a foreign-owned company in the CFIUS process in connection with a multi-million dollar acquisition which was ultimately approved by the Committee. 
  • Filed license and classification requests, and self-disclosures to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, and the Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. 
  • Conducted an internal investigation of a global aerospace, defense, and security entity regarding the Company’s exports. 
  • Reviewed clients’ imports and provide counseling and assessed tariff duties.
