Marianna Politis is a member of the Labor and Employment group who advises employers of all sizes and across several industries on managing employment risk and achieving business objectives.

She provides strategic guidance on workplace policies, compliance, collective bargaining, and union matters, helping clients prevent and resolve employee disputes. Marianna represents clients in employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. She guides employers through complex disputes while aligning legal strategies with organizational goals and needs. Marianna has experience representing small businesses with employment disputes including responding to pre-litigation demand letters, negotiating on behalf of employers for pre-litigation demands, and resolving matters prior to the commencement of arbitration or litigation.
