Sandy Chen focuses her practice on Global Transportation Finance, advising clients on corporate and financing transactions involving commercial and business aircraft, general equipment assets, and aviation regulatory compliance.

She supports lenders, investors, and operators as they structure transactions that advance fleet strategy, strengthen capital access, and align with regulatory expectations.

Sandy works on securitizations, capital markets offerings, and a wide range of financing structures tied to aviation and equipment assets. She brings a clear, commercially aligned approach to each matter, helping clients assess risk, navigate cross-border issues, and move transactions to closing efficiently.

Before joining the firm, Sandy supported counsel at the Export-Import Bank of the United States on transactional and policy matters and worked with attorneys and investigators at the World Bank on procurement-related investigations in East Asia.
