Sophia Sahagún focuses her practice on Global Transportation Finance, guiding operating lessees and lessors, finance companies, asset managers, institutional lenders, private equity companies, commercial borrowers and other investors through complex transactions involving commercial transportation equipment.

She helps clients meet their strategic investment and development goals via a wide range of transactions including high-value financings, asset securitizations, cross-border operating leases, equipment sales and acquisitions and Rule 144A and Regulation S capital markets offerings. She also advises clients on corporate structuring and governance issues to ensure their platforms operate efficiently and align with industry and regulatory requirements.
