Our federal contractor clients can expect skilled and supportive assistance in preparing for and completing a government employment audit, including an audit conducted by the OFCCP to make sure that everything goes smoothly. We understand our clients’ obligations as federal contractors and are prepared to assist with designing and maintaining affirmative action programs and related compliance obligations. We also work with clients to analyze data trends and issues to ensure they are prepared in the event of an audit.
Our team has regular interaction with OFCCP and other government officials and can help clients remain ahead of the latest enforcement and regulatory trends for government contractors. We provide customized training, analysis and support to ensure that hiring, promotion and compensation systems comply with the law. We are one of the few firms in the markets we serve with extensive experience defending OFCCP complaints and related on-site investigations. We also have extensive experience defending OFCCP enforcement actions and all phases of the OFCCP audit process.
We assist with pre-audit planning so that clients can identify and address potential compliance issues. At the desk audit stage, we are available at any point in the process to assist with submissions. In the event of an on-site audit, we can provide support, training and on-site representation for management personnel so that clients can effectively manage risk and conclude the audit with minimal disruption to their business. Then, following an audit, we can provide assistance with resolving any issues discovered during the audit through the conciliation process or the defense of enforcement proceedings.
