Noncompete agreements and similar restrictive covenants are critical tools for protecting trade secrets, customer relationships and other legitimate business interests. Vedder Shareholder Jeanah Park will speak in the upcoming PLI Program “Noncompetes and Restrictive Covenants 2026” on October 1.
Jeanah joins the panel "The Endgame: Damages, Permanent Injunctions, and Enforcement" to explore the remedies available to prevailing employers and the risks facing employees and their new employers. The session will cover:
