These 30-minute sessions will look at how the law is changing and what you can be doing to prepare your business to comply with the reforms being phased in from 2026 to 2027. Topics will include tougher unfair dismissal rules, new harassment protections, changes to flexible working, a “ban” on zero hours contracts, and a clampdown on fire and rehire.
