Daniel works with UK and US-headquartered companies, particularly in the luxury retail, tech, and manufacturing sectors. He specialises in advising international businesses on inbound employment law issues in the UK, offering clear guidance on multi-jurisdictional HR challenges.
Daniel counsels clients on both advisory and transactional work as well as contentious employment issues. His experience includes drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, confidentiality, and trade secret agreements, advising on contractor issues in the gig economy, handling senior executive exits and reorganisations, and managing claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and data protection. He also represents employers in sensitive workplace investigations and regularly negotiates settlement agreements that align with clients’ strategic objectives.
Daniel is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Experience
- Represented one of Europe’s premier shopping outlet providers in a multimillion-pound High Court personal injury case involving discrimination claims, whistleblowing and bullying allegations, and successfully resolving the matter through mediation.
- Counseled a U.S.-based financial trading firm in connection with a misuse of confidential information and breach of restrictive covenants matter involving an employee, a former employee and a competitor organisation. Our team advised the client regarding the applicable legal principles and best practices from a UK standpoint. Thereafter, helping the client navigate UK employment law considerations regarding instituting an investigation culminating in a gross misconduct finding against the employee.
- Acted for a U.S.-based information technology company, in a misconduct investigation and disciplinary process involving an employee’s possible mis-selling/breach of confidentiality. Daniel guided the client through its internal process and helped the firm to arrive at the most commercial decision while ensuring compliance with employment best practices.
- Advised a premium European fashion outlet on a complex right-to-erasure request from a former employee, advising on the legal obligations under data protection laws, assessing the scope of the request and implementing the necessary steps to ensure compliance while protecting the organisation’s interests.
