Vedder is pleased to announce the full dismissal of all charges against its client, Dr. Walter Strash, and the remaining defendants in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. After a two-year healthcare fraud case, the U.S. Department of Justice withdrew all allegations, bringing the matter to a close.
