Singapore is the world’s only island sovereign city-state and this small nation is regarded as an “Asian Tiger” economy that plays a vigorous role in global trade in the 21st century. A global center for multinational finance, commerce and transportation, Singapore is appropriately the Asian home base for Vedder’s Global Transportation Finance practice, serving clients in asset finance, transactions, secured lending, general equipment leasing and finance, securities and capital market transactions and related corporate matters, including tax and regulatory concerns. Located in the state-of-the-art Ocean Financial Centre in the heart of Singapore’s financial district, our Singapore office practices U.S. and English law.

Vedder’s Singapore office celebrated its first annual Community Service Day by teaming up with Willing Hearts Charity. The office generously donated and delivered food to the Singapore-based charity that provides hot meals to people who would otherwise go hungry.
