She takes a business-focused approach to compliance and counseling, helping clients manage risk, protect key assets and make decisions that support organizational goals.
Allie represents companies in high-stakes disputes involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, discrimination, whistleblower claims, unfair competition, data privacy and contract issues. She navigates matters through every stage of federal and state litigation, including appeals, and aligns her strategies with the business outcomes clients need. Allie delivers clear guidance and strong advocacy to support clients in both the workplace and the courtroom.
