Allison Howell advises Vedder and its attorneys on risk management matters, providing advice on a variety of legal and ethical issues.
Before becoming the firm’s assistant general counsel, Allison concentrated her practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Representing lenders, trustees, equipment lessors, landlords and trade creditors, she handled a wide variety of bankruptcy matters and litigated cases in both state and federal courts. In that role, she gained firsthand experience that informs her approach to corporate compliance and risk management today.
