Andrew Torre is a real estate transactional lawyer who represents institutional and commercial businesses with real estate interests throughout the United States.

He helps clients reach their business goals by guiding them through all types of transactions from acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and finance matters to construction, joint venture, renewable energy and development projects. Dialed in to clients’ business objectives and understanding what matters most to them, Andy manages all aspects of real estate transactions from inception to execution of purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, construction documents and joint venture and development agreements. As issues arise or transactions go awry, he steers companies to a favorable resolution or the pursuit of a different opportunity. When organizations are confronted with real estate litigation matters, Andy leverages his prior experience in commercial real estate litigation together with the skills of his litigation colleagues within the firm.

Known among his clients to be remarkably responsive and committed to their business interests, Andy takes considerable pride in handling transactions as if they were his own, never losing sight of their ultimate objective and being thoughtful and practical to best protect their interests. Executing at a high level of client service, from clear and open communication to effectively listening, companies value Andy’s ability to close a transaction as sensibly and efficiently as possible.

In addition to representing institutional and commercial clients, Andy has spent the last couple of years teaming with other firm colleagues to assist a Honduran refugee seeking asylum for her and her children. Fluent in Spanish, he serves as a translator and conduit between the client and his colleagues on the matter.
