Beth Rosenblatt, a member of the firm’s Real Estate group, advises investors, developers, and lenders on commercial real estate transactions that support growth and advance major projects. Her background in complex commercial litigation sharpens her ability to identify pressure points, anticipate regulatory and contractual issues, and negotiate terms that protect capital and keep projects moving.  

Her prior experience defending clients in class actions across multiple jurisdictions further strengthens her approach to high-stakes real estate transactional matters, delivering practical solutions that support successful outcomes.

  • $12,500,000 refinancing of commercial property located in Miami, FL  
  • $61,413,135 construction loan for the development of a 240-unit 11-stories workforce housing apartment community with over 22,000 square feet of ground floor retail located in North Miami, FL  
  • $15,500,000 refinancing of 130-key hotel in Destin, FL  
  • Represented buyer in purchase of numerous buildings and condominium units all over the US
