Daniel M. Cunix

Daniel Cunix is a Shareholder in Vedder's Global Transportation Finance team.

He advises clients in the aviation and transportation sectors on complex financing and leasing transactions, including securitizations, warehouse financings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, cross-border leases, and ECA-backed financings. Daniel works with operating lessors, banks, finance companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds to structure deals that optimize capital, manage risk, and support strategic growth.

He also counsels clients on corporate structuring, servicing and management agreements, and general corporate and securities law matters. Drawing on experience across capital markets and high-value equipment transactions, Daniel delivers practical, business-focused guidance that advances clients’ commercial objectives.
