Daniel Nambiar is a member of the Finance & Transactions group, advising public and private companies and individual clients across industries including technology, entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer products. 

He guides clients through mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, business formations, corporate structuring, and governance, helping them achieve strategic objectives while managing risk and maximizing value.
