Dan guides clients through consumer financial services litigation, commercial disputes, and arbitrations across trial courts, appellate courts, and arbitration forums. He works closely with clients to reduce exposure through early dispute resolution and disciplined litigation strategy, and when matters proceed, he drives cases toward decisive, cost-effective outcomes through settlement or trial.

Dan's practice includes enforcing commercial lending and leasing agreements, prosecuting breach-of-contract and replevin actions, and pursuing post-judgment enforcement and collection. He represents secured and unsecured creditors and advises lenders on recovery strategies that balance speed, leverage, and commercial reality. He also regularly helps clients strengthen and enforce consumer and commercial arbitration agreements, supporting arbitration enforcement efforts nationwide.

Dan has extensive experience handling litigation involving the transportation industry and collaborates closely with colleagues in transportation finance matters to understand operational demands and business objectives. He also represents clients in real estate disputes, including commercial lease litigation. Drawing on prior experience in sales and construction, Dan delivers practical guidance and focused advocacy grounded in how businesses operate and succeed.
