Jacqueline Helmrick Carlson guides banks, private credit sources, private equity firms and other financial sponsors in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing financing transactions with favorable terms and practical business outcomes.

Jackie’s experience includes advising on leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, cash flow financings and cross boarder financings in a variety of syndicated and bilateral transactions.

She stays current on market terms, keeps her clients informed about market developments and negotiates deals that balance client priorities with deal completion, ensuring all parties feel comfortable moving forward. With broad legal experience and a master’s degree in business administration, Jackie fully grasps her clients’ business realities and the challenges they face. She assesses their legal and business needs and gets deals done that further her clients’ objectives.

I listen carefully to clients to understand their needs and goals so we can achieve outcomes that work in practice, not just on paper.
