Jeremy Alexander helps clients manage the complex interplay of health care transactions, regulation and enforcement. He advises a wide range of organizations across the health care and life sciences sector, including providers, suppliers, and pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, as well as private equity firms and lenders.

His transactional work spans mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings, equity investments and financings. Jeremy leads due diligence, flags and addresses regulatory concerns early, and guides clients through ownership changes and regulatory approvals. He negotiates a variety of health care agreements, including commercial contracts, group purchasing arrangements, and stock purchase agreements. His diverse experience helps him anticipate and resolve issues that might affect deal timelines, post-closing operations or long-term strategies.

Clients value Jeremy’s ability to spot regulatory risks across a shifting landscape. He counsels on fraud and abuse laws, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, data privacy and security, state licensing and corporate practice of medicine restrictions. He also represents clients in civil, criminal and administrative investigations, and advises on reimbursement and approval strategies for new technologies.

To ensure that outcomes align with client goals, Jeremy communicates early and often about business needs and priorities.
