Joe Bueche helps private equity firms, companies and individuals buy and sell businesses. He brings a practical, collaborative approach informed by hands-on experience in management and corporate analysis.

Joe helps clients navigate complex transactions with a clear focus on outcomes. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, auctions, divestitures, 363 sales, restructurings, equity and debt offerings, joint ventures and minority investments. For private equity clients, he concentrates on acquiring platforms and achieving successful exits. He also advises growing businesses on capital formation and general corporate matters.

When working with founders and owners preparing to sell, he helps structure transactions that reflect the full value of their businesses. Representing both buyers and sellers gives him a balanced view of what matters most on either side of a deal.

Before practicing law, Joe worked in the automotive industry and served as a business analyst. That background helps him quickly understand his clients’ industries, priorities and goals. As comfortable on the business side as the legal side, Joe quickly picks up the context he needs to structure deals that work.
