Krishna Akarapu is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property group. She advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property strategy, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and technology transactions.

Krishna helps businesses protect and maximize the value of their IP assets by drafting and negotiating agreements, managing portfolios, and supporting the development and commercialization of new technologies and innovations.

Before practicing law, Krishna worked as a Technology and Business Consultant at a top consulting firm, where she advised companies on the implementation of complex systems and business solutions. This experience gives her a deep understanding of how technology drives business growth, allowing her to provide practical, business-minded legal guidance that aligns IP protection with long-term goals.
