Marcel handles matters involving contractual disputes, business torts, and other high-stakes commercial issues, focusing on outcomes that protect client interests and advance their business objectives. He brings courtroom experience and strategic insight to both litigation and arbitration settings.

Before joining the firm, Marcel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Eduardo I. Sanchez in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
