Olivia Ustupski is a member of Vedder Price’s Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group, focusing her practice on employee benefit plan compliance, executive compensation arrangements and related tax implications, and employee benefit matters arising in corporate transactions.

Olivia advises employers on design and administration employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, defined contribution and defined benefit plans, and employee stock ownership plans. She guides clients on fiduciary responsibilities, plan compliance, and operational corrections. 

Olivia also supports corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, advising on employee benefit design, tax implications, and executive compensation arrangements. She helps clients structure and implement executive agreements, deferred compensation, and equity-based plans, aligning benefits with business objectives. Olivia is fluent in Polish.
