With over 20 years of experience in commercial aircraft finance, Raviv’s distinctive background allows him to assist clients in structuring and closing portfolio securitizations, warehouse financings, cross-border operating lease deals and aircraft acquisitions and sales across multiple jurisdictions. He also helps secure financing for aircraft fleets and navigate complex regulatory and commercial landscapes. Leveraging a global perspective gained from extensive work in emerging aviation markets, Raviv supports restructurings, commercial lending and daily operational agreements involving aircraft, such as maintenance, modification, servicing and consignment in markets like Australia, India, and Brazil. 

Raviv’s blend of private practice and in-house experience, including his role as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at the world’s largest global aircraft lessor, enables him to bring together multiple stakeholders to close high-value transactions and craft deals that meet both current needs and long-term business goals. His understanding of the legal framework along with the business and operational realities of the aviation industry allows companies to confidently navigate complex and high-stakes matters.
