Sam’s complex financing transaction experience includes syndicated loans and construction financings. He guides developers through condominium developments, conversions and deconversions, and advises on purchase and sales transactions, real estate-related litigation and general transaction matters, such as post-closing issues. Combining technical precision with a deep understanding of real estate development and finance, Sam spots potential problems early in the process and proposes solutions that keep deals on track.

Sam takes a hands-on, collaborative approach with clients. Focused on efficiency and clarity, he simplifies transaction complexities, so clients can make informed, confident decisions and move forward quickly. Particularly skilled at balancing the interests of multiple parties in a single transaction, Sam de-escalates points of contention and steers negotiations toward practical resolutions that enable deals to close.
