Zachary K. Iacovino

Zachary Iacovino, a member of the Finance & Transactions group, is a corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorney who advises businesses through strategic transactions and on day-to-day legal matters.

He regularly represents buyers, sellers, sponsors, entrepreneurs and management teams in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other complex business transactions in both domestic and cross-border markets. Zachary’s practice also includes general corporate representation, including corporate governance, commercial contract drafting and negotiation and advising management teams on risk management and operational issues. He takes a practical, business-minded approach, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver solutions that align legal strategy with commercial objectives.
