Zackary Harris is a member of the Litigation practice area and represents clients in complex commercial litigation across a range of industries.

Zackary handles disputes involving contracts, business torts, and other commercial matters, managing discovery, motion practice, and negotiations. They work closely with clients and internal teams to provide clear, proactive communication and ensure that legal strategies align with business objectives.
Experience
- Defended an international education company in multi-year dispute and arbitration where plaintiff’s alleged breach of contract and tortious interference claims and obtained a multimillion-dollar damages award
- Successfully obtained dismissal of litigation in a discrimination lawsuit in New York state court by arguing that owners of company could not be individually liable as an employer under New York law
- Successfully obtained dismissal of litigation in a discrimination lawsuit brought New Jersey state court based on an invalid forum selection clause
