Chantae B. Brown

Chantae Brown is a member of the Labor and Employment practice, advising national and multinational companies on strategic workforce and labor matters.

She represents clients in disputes involving wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Chantae guides employers through union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and other labor relations issues. She also represents clients in litigation and administrative proceedings before courts and agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, and state human rights commissions.
