Vedder is pleased to announce it assisted Harbor Diversified, Inc. in connection with the sale and disposition of its certificated air carrier subsidiary, Air Wisconsin Airlines LLC, and various related assets involving several purchase agreements in a $110 million deal.
Headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, Harbor Diversified had a focus on regional airline operations, notably with the Bombardier CRJ 200 regional jet. After this sale, Harbor will no longer run an airline.
